Alana Palmedo

Alana Palmedo is a Managing Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm overseeing firm management. Previously, Alana was on the investment team at the Boston University Endowment office where she covered alternatives, private equity and venture capital. Alana began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
