Yang You

Yang is the Head of Design at Paradigm, leading design efforts for the firm and advising the portfolio. Previously, she was a lead product designer at Syndicate and Anchorage Digital, and worked with early-stage founders at VectorDAO. She spent time designing for traditional fintech at Capital One and tools to help agents catch bad guys at Deloitte. She earned a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
